A 4 car Tait departs East Ricmond whilst running a Flinders Street to Glen Waverley service. 1972. In the mid 1960's the section from Richmond to Burnley was converted from 2 tracks to 4 tracks, hence the fairly new looking retaining wall on the left that is now covered with graffiti.
