This diagram shows 3 position signals extending to Ripponlea, Double Line Block would not be replaced by 3 position signals beyond Ripponlea until May 13 1918, Elsternwick to Brighton Beach would not be done until July 18 1926. Of particular interest on this diagram is B 210 (just past Windsor), this was the first 3 position light signal on the VR.. The co acting signal is long since gone.
